Please read the following terms and conditions so that you are fully aware of our rights when booking your service. Using this website (www.breewagnerartistry.com) signifies that you agree to these terms and conditions.

All contracts/dealings between By Bree (ABN 20 473 628 272) and any person relating to any goods or services provided and supplied by By Bree to the Client through the website www.bybree.com.au are subject to the terms and conditions of trade set out below. By using this Website, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

By Bree has the right to remove or vary these Terms at any time without notice. It is the Client’s responsibility to be aware of any changes made to these Terms and by continuing to use and visit the Website the Client agrees to be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

By Bree reserves the right to withdraw the Services without notice and will not be liable (if for any reason) the Website is unavailable during any period.

In order to provide better service to her valued customers, By Bree may request personal details such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. If you choose to withhold requested personal information, By Bree may not be able to provide you with the customer service you require should that depend on the collection of that information, particularly if the collection of that information is required by law.

By Bree will not sell or disclose the Clients personal information/details to any third party without the customers consent unless in the purpose of purchase/deposit/delivery or if necessary to comply with laws, investigations or legal proceedings.

PROPERTY
All content made available on the By Bree Website is property of By Bree.

The content may be viewed, downloaded, copied and/or printed for personal use only and may not be altered in anyway.

CANCELLATIONS
24 hours notice is required when cancelling an appointment. A fee of 50% is payable if you fail to give this notice.
If you don't show up to your appointment and fail to give notice you will be charged 100% of your service.

Bree has delegated timings for each person which is emailed when bookings are confirmed. If, through no fault of Bree, your appointment runs over the scheduled time, an additional $15 per 30 minutes will be added to your invoice. Please note: If you are late to your appointment by more than 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled pending availability, and a $30 service charge will apply.

TRADING HOURS

As By Bree is a freelance business, hours vary depending on bookings. Please note, bookings made on public holidays incur a 10% surcharge.

Bree Wagner Artistry is closed on the following days:

Good Friday

Easter Sunday

Christmas Day

New Years Eve

New Years Day

Please Note: These Public Holidays can be booked if required however a surcharge of $50.00 per hour will incur.

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS

After hours appointments may be available for an additional fee of $30 per hour. Please contact Bree directly to schedule an after hours appointment.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
By Bree accepts Visa, Mastercard, Direct Debit and cash (eftpos facilities available)

All prices are in Australian Dollars and do not include GST. Invoices are sent to your desired email address once booking is confirmed and can be paid online.

DEPOSITS

All bookings made directly via email, text, DM, require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is refundable or transferable on the condition you give 24 hours notice should you need to reschedule/cancel your booking. All bookings made via our online booking system do not require a deposit, but require a card be kept on file which can be charged in the event of late rescheduling/cancelling of your appointment.

REFUNDS

As you are paying for Bree's time, product and all other expenses used to provide your service, no refunds will be given for any reason. If you're unhappy with your service, please contact Bree within 72 hours and if the problem can be fixed a complimentary 30 minute touch up/appointment will be offered if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed 72 hours after your appointment, or if your concerns are due to something out of Bree's control, eg. correct aftercare was not followed, you will be charged at full price for the service required.

PRICE LIST

By Bree has the right to change any price at any time without notice to the client. When booking any service with Bree Wagner Artistry, the client agrees to these prices.
